THRESHOLD TURNS 41 THIS YEAR and we’re celebrating 4 decades of Nuts!

Whether you are a current and active member, an Alumnut or someone who hasn’t been involved in many years, this summer’s meeting in Vermont will welcome you home. There will be some virtual (Zoom) “Reunion” elements which are open to most current and former members. And yet there is nothing quite like Donuts meeting live and in person. We hope you come join us in beautiful Vermont, to mark the moment, toast our past and chart the road ahead together.

Who can attend the whole conference?

The entire meeting is open to all current and past Donuts. All attendees must pay a conference fee and for their hotel room. Folks coming for just Community Day will be charged a Commuter Fee. Alumnuts and former Donuts who are lapsed longer than five years are NOT required to pay dues in order to attend, though we hope many will. More recent vintage Donuts may request a dues waiver if necessary. We want to open our doors to our wider family as much as we possibly can.

How can I attend virtually?

We will be doing our best to set up a hybrid conference that, in select sessions, will welcome Zoom participants. We will have alternative Zoom programming during some sessions that we can’t Livestream. Follow the Re-Union registration link and register for Zoom Attendance. We will follow up with detailed instructions about how best to set up your computer to participate. (see fees below)

How about Community Day? Who can come?

Old Donuts, Alumnuts, relatives and beloveds of Donuts attending the conference are welcome to join us for Community Day: July 30-31. We ask those guests to pay a flat rate of $150.

All are welcome to come on our farm excursion and picnic, as well as our birthday party dinner and Informally Formal Funding. We hope that many will stay overnight if rooms are available at the Kimpton Taconic Hotel. Registration is necessary for both attendance and for hotel rooms, via our website links. (see fees below)

Is there a COVID safety policy?

Absolutely. Threshold’s 2022 Summer Retreat's health and safety protocols follow the guidance of both the CDC and local and state health authorities. More information will follow.

What will these various options for attending cost?

Conference Fees for all pre-conference and conference attendees:

• $2,525.00 - Main Meeting only: July 27 - 31
• $3,025.00 - Pre & Main Meeting: July 26 – 31

Suggested Zoom Conference fee:

· $150 - $1500 (depending on your capacity to pay). We are investing substantially in the tech capacity of this conference to make Zoom participation possible.

Community Day (July 30-31) only:

· $150

· We have a conference rate of about $270/plus fees per night at this wonderful hotel. Please check in, stay the whole time, and enjoy!
